Healthy Food Workshops
“Every long journey begins with a single step” – Buddha
Often, we don't know where to start when it comes to making sustainable changes in our diet. Taking care of ourselves and the environment around us will always be the foundation for success. In these workshops, you will learn how to adapt seasonal ingredients, 'leftovers', and staples from your pantry, taking into account the importance of a varied, colourful, and complete diet. Based on an ideal balance of vegetables, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, while also considering the importance of presentation with tricks and tips to tantalise both the eyes and the palate.
Workshops can be either individual or for groups.
In addition to learning to use healthy ingredients in traditional dishes without sacrificing flavour, the aim of these workshops is also to bring together people with similar tastes in a cosy environment so they can enjoy some fun and informal moments together.
The Experience
Personalised/corporate workshops
Catered to the needs of an individual, family, or group, allowing for the re-education of dietary habits. Because we are what we eat, modern times require heightened attention to nutrition to prevent illness and increase well-being. Encouraging the consumption of seasonal products and healthier ingredients without sacrificing origins and flavour.
Thematic workshops
Focused on a particular style such as vegetarian, vegan, Italian, seasonal, Asian, etc. These workshops delve into the variety of a specific theme, adapting to individual limitations or interests. They are more specialised, allowing for a deeper understanding of knowledge while not neglecting the healthy and sustainable aspects.
Each workshop accommodates 10 to 12 people and lasts approximately 4 hours, including a meal (lunch or dinner) with appetisers, a starter, main course, and dessert.
First 30 minutes - There will be an initial presentation on the importance of healthy eating, avoiding processed ingredients, and the reasons and consequences of the choices we make in our daily lives. Appetizers/drinks will be available on the table for enjoyment while listening to the presentation.
1.5 – 2 hours – Cooking workshop where dessert and starter are prepared. Appetizers/drinks continue to be available on the table while the first two courses are prepared. The starter is consumed while we continue with the workshop and prepare the main course.
1.5 hours – We move to another beautifully set table to enjoy the main course and dessert. At the end, participants take home a 'recipe book' developed during the workshop.
